Spiced Chicken Wings

chicken wings, tips cut off and remaining wings cut into
two pieces.
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a bowl, toss wings with cumin, curry powder, and salt
until well coated. Bake in an oiled baking pan in preheated
475 degree oven, turning once, for 15 minutes and drizzle
them with half of the vinegar.
Bake wings 5 minutes more. Combine the remaining vinegar
and the Worcestershire and drizzle wings with mixture.
Bake, turning wings once, for 10 minutes more, or until
they are browned. Serves 2.
