Food is certainly
one of the considerable enthusiasms of my life. No one has
yet described me as one "who simply eats to live." I enjoy
eating and preparing foods that catch my fancy. I don't
rate myself as a gourmet, afterall, I love hot dogs. But
that doesn't make me any less enthusiastic about sauteed
fois gras with a glass of sauternes. They each have there
